Maybe Maryland can explain why ACORN was still in operation in the state without a charter.

An organization operating illegally dispensing advise on how to operate an illegal organization. Perfect....

sue, sue, how can they seriously say they will sue when it is their group which is corrupted to the core?

This is the problem with the radical left, they never ever look at themselves and realise that they might be wrong.

Wait! What? I thought policing agencies are the only ones who need to acquire evidence legally. You know, a search warrant, blah, blah, blah. If a private citizen produces evidence they are not held to the same standard. Can anyone clarify? Thanks.

Just out of curiosity, under these circumstances, can their suit be dismissed for lack of standing? I mean, with no charter and all ...

I'd just like to see a dismissal that affects the other side on these grounds, for a change.

In that same blog, back in Feb , 2009, a ACORN worker or member was arrested for breaking and entering.

It will be interesting to see Maryland skews the law to allow an illegal entity to sue anything. Certainly opens the way for the illegals to sue for healthcare, childcare, other entitlements and a free public education.

This needs to spread to every site online so they can’t possible take all the videos down.

Wasn’t the Baltimore office only run by two women who were interviewed by I think O’Reilly a couple of months ago? One of them was the CEO woman, I remember her face. They talked like they were clueles as a cover.
