"Vote against these right wing attack smears vote for The Community Organizer: Barack Obama"
(Excerpt) Read more at youtube.com ...
I had to laugh. All those organizations she shouted out to want nothing to do with Acorn right now. They don’t even want to be mentioned by her. They are all afraid that the stench that surrounded Acorn might rub off on them.
Keep on dreaming lady.
Oh yes, PLEASE keep linking yourselves with Obama in the public mind....
Denial is a river in Egypt to this lady. This is not going away and no matter how much Ms. Lewis attacks the messenger it will not take the focus away from ACORN. If the lib media is even asking for answers she is in real trouble. Here’s a suggestion for her - get the chip off your shoulder and clean up your organization.
LaRaza is right up there with Acorn in their community scams...the only service LaRaza provides for the latino community is teaching them how to scam the US taxpayer. LaRaza operates on millions given them by congress and undoubtedly on some Mexican drug cartel donations...you sure dont see them ever objecting to what is happening because of the spillover of organized crime from Mexico.
With the money they get from taxpaying US citizens they could provide medical care for their precious migrants.

But Robert Rector, a senior research fellow at the conservative Heritage Foundation and an expert on welfare and poverty said these community organizing networks basically get paid to make noise and serve as a clearinghouse for moving government money around.
I gotta watch this! LOL!
Why hasn’t this been shown to the IRS? This is a blatant violation of their charter and their 501(c)3 requirements to be NON PARTISAN....why haven’t they lost their tax exempt status? The IRS specifically forbids campaign endorsements or working for any candidate.
Was she offically representing ACORN when she made the endorsement? I believe executives of non-profits as well as church pastors can endorse candidates, so long as it is not an official endorsement by the organization, or done using the organizations resources.
I’m sure many of those on her “shout out” list are cringing at the thought of this video being part of an oppostion ad, next election, though.
“Was she officially representing ACORN when she made the endorsement?” Bertha Lewis is the CEO and Chief Organizer of ACORN at least back in Oct, 2008.
We need to investigate that “shout out list” next.
What I meant was, was she making the endorsement on behalf of ACORN, and/or using ACORN’s facilities to do it (an IRS no-no) or doing it as a “private citizen”, separate from her position at ACORN.
These little technicalities seem ridiculous, but they are often the difference between being in line with IRS regs and campaign finance laws, and violating them.
Bertha has a large sign behind her saying NY Working Families Party, so I believe she is speaking for this Party.
My point in posting it is showing how the CEO of ACORN is trying to help Him get elected & now he is distancing himself from them.
Big mouth Bertha with the brains of a golf club.
