O.K. I have worked in law for 25 years and have worked in the area of Federal RICO investigations for almost 20 years. I have witnessed the Justice Dept. come and shut down major corporations based on nothing more than the word of a single whistleblower. All the federal agencies, FBI, DOJ, etc. have come in and shut the places down and immediately seized all records and computers and placed yellow police tape around the perimeter of the property - for WAY less than this! Good Lord this is incredible. ACORN nationwide should have been shut down immediately.
Be careful! Bertha Butt might sue you too! LOL!

The absolute BS these ACORN spokespeople dish out is ridiculous. Laughable, really. This was my favorite statement, from the Union Tribune story: “Sean Hannity, the Fox News personality who aired the footage Wednesday night, called the actions crimes, but local ACORN spokesman David Lagstein said the employee’s comments in the video were taken “completely out of context.”
“In their scenario, the alleged pimp and prostitute were trying to get assistance from ACORN, and he communicated that we are not able to give that assistance,” Lagstein said.”
Hmmm, actually it sounded like assistance is exactly what Mr. ACORN National City was willing to give them.
Well, back in the day, not too many years ago, the government was consistently vigilant about investigating any corporations who received government dollars. The investigations I worked on concerned government defense contractors. Why would they be SO vigilant for so many years and start investigations based on some single whistleblower but now with so much overwhelming evidence nationwide about ACORN do virtually nothing? Yes, I know it is now Obama’s Justice Dept. but this just blows my mind. Of course, everything connected to the left blows my mind on a daily basis.
I believe that O’Keefe and Giles have demonstrated ACORN’s pattern of, and propensity for violating criteria that rise to the standards of the R.I.C.O. statutes as a corrupt organization.
Stick a fork in them - they’re done, even if they’re too damn dumb to realize it, or admit it to themselves yet.

I’ve always been rather cynical about the government. But things are definitely very different now. I am just nonplussed by it all.
I’m curious about one thing I hadn’t heard an explanation for: In the first four videos (not sure about the 5th), there were date stamps of various days in 2005. Have the film makers commented as to whether this date was an error? I was under the impression that these videos were done fairly recently, at least in the last 6 months or so.
All the video dates are set to the factory setting of 2005. But they are more recent than that.
