Maybe for the same reason I do. We so seldom see anything America does portrayed positively in popular culture. The sight of our enemy being defeated by those defending us is a refreshing break from the anti-American bigotry in the SCM.
Or it could be that I just like seeing people that want to kill us blown to bits.
