Color me wrong, but it looks like Reid threw ACORN under the bus to try and save his political ass, yes?

***I am on vacation the week of 9/14, and will have limited access to my graphics, my avatar, and my pre-planned smartass comments. I will be returning to my computer the week of 9/21, and will resume offending you then, as time permits - thanks to all in advance.***

Gee, and only a day after ACORN disbanded and re-formed under a new name!

I’m so glad we get to vote here.

Is Hutchinson even in DC? She's resigning early to run for Governor of TX, and might not have been in town to cast a vote.

Vitter is among those calling for defunding ACORN: http://freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2339483/posts. I presume he just wasn't there to vote?

Don’t get your hopes up on this. This is the type of political hot potato where the perps agree to vote for an amendment for a show vote knowing it will get thrown out during a later stage, like a House conference.

John McCain lost my respect when he chastised Rep. Wilson on a TV interview for speaking out at the congressional Obamathon.

Michael Savage might be right when he says that sadly, the Vietnamese took the fight out of the man.

There are leaders and there are pacifiers. We only have room for leaders in this battle for our country.

I sure hope so! Kay's been feasting on pork for too long. Texas won't be able to afford her Washington tastes.

Usually John needs to ask the President if it would be okay to vote.Maybe the Prez was out of pocket, busy,or just away from phone. But if I know John,he needs to talk to him personally about this vote and.... give him a little re assuring hug.

I’m going to REALLY enjoy my phone call to Senator Casey’s office tomorrow asking if he would care to go on the record in support of neighborhood brothels and child sex slavery as he did with his vote.

Graham and McCain were in Charleston SC today holding a townhall on healthcare. Probably the reason they didnt vote.
