It can also be seen that this is a second one, signed again by the parties, as opposed to something cut/pasted. I would be interested to know about the same documents as filed in PAST nominatons. Have they previously all included the “qualified” sentence? Isn’t this sort of the main purpose of the document if it is meant to affirm or “qualify” the candidate?

Since the states rely upon the parties to vet their candidates, this means that the Secretaries of State of all these states approved the results of the election without verification from the DNC in writing. They have some splainin to do as well.
