Earlier today, the Obama White House made clear that they intended to try to counter Governor Palin's continued, and effective, punches to Obamacare. During his speech to a joint session of Congress tonight, President Obama once again demonstrated the extent of Governor Palin's influence by responding to a supposedly irrelevant private citizen:

I’m hoping that is what is happening...we don’t want to be in this, but we are and now it’s time to get out...that is why they are dominating...a sitting President, in a joint house special session turned his guns on them both...unprecedented...he knows they are us and he wants us to shut up...

We need a 3rd Party—a true Reform Party with deep constitutional roots. We can not trust the GOP (look at Orin Hatch today on closure?—he should be drummed out of the Senate). The Democrats have failed us—even the Blue Dogs are becoming Nancey’s Lap dogs. Corruption has changed the politician into power hungry elitists. We need a new party and we need it today. I would like Sarah to lead this new reform movement. We must clean up government and end the Lawyerocracy they have built. We need honest people to run for office—good decent Americans who see themselves as members of some group—but as real citizens. It will not be easy—but I fear we do it now with ballets or in a few years we may well be forced to change things with bullets. I fear for the Nation. Sarah Palin is our only hope.
Well said. And it's important to note that that is exactly what both Sarah and Glenn want people to do - not worship them as "Dear Leader," but imitate their personal independence, clear thinking, courage and freedom.
