When Michael Huttner and Jason Salzman's book, 50 Ways You Can Help Obama Change America, hit the book stands September 1st, the admittedly left-wing authors had high hopes of dislodging conservative books from Glenn Beck, Mark Levin, Michelle Malkin and others from Best Seller lists they have dominated for months. The 50 ways guide was publicized with glowing reviews from Hollywood celebrities and even the late Senator Ted Kennedy. At the Huffington Post, they have even offered a trip to Hawaii contest as an promotion for pushing sales. But alas, one week after the hyped release of the book, it appears that there is not as much interest in helping President Obama change America as the liberal authors had hoped. In fact, to put it simply, the book is bombing.

The also forget that any gains they make in politics, such as electing Bozo, are always done through secrecy and deceit, they forget that they keep their real motives hidden, for a reason I might add, and that when people find out what they are really up to they reject it.
Marketing an obviously left wing book is always going to be an exercise in failure.
Maybe they should drop the price to $6.66 just to be sure.

I am sure the book sales will jump when the neighborhood centers, housing authorities, community organizers, and inner city school districts start purchasing the book along with power point presentation put out by the Obama groups. Those stimulus dollars will be hard at work again.

I got on Facebook with some friends who are liberal and even though I said it three times that people who need help should get it, the libs completely ignored what I had said and thought I should be willing to give up something to see they get it. They read what they want to read into anything we say.

Did you see that “Hunter” chick on an MSNBC Sunday talk show who was expounding on how healthcare is a “right” for all Americans? Dumb as a stump. A professor somewhere. Obviously, a produce of affirmative action. Anyhow, we checked her out online, and her degree and is Media and Film. WTF is she doing acting like she has a clue about healthcare, the Constitution, etc.? The up-side to this is that maybe the five people who watch MSNBC went to the bathroom during that interview.
I coldn’t be happier, and I’m sure “50 ways” is terrible, but there is also the larger truth that ANYTHING that is hawked from a platform of a daily tv show will outsell ANYTHING that is not.
