Here is video of Marine Vet David Hedrick confronting Washington Democrat Rep. Brian Baird A SECOND TIME - this time in Olympia, Washington on August 31, 2009. Hedrick's first confrontation at a Town Hall Meeting occurred on August 18, 2009, in Clark County, Washington.

This time, Hedrick took the microphone and introduced himself, telling Baird, "God must be smiling on me, because you have made the unlucky choice of picking my number again."

After giving Baird another tongue-lashing for not following the U.S. Constitution, Hedrick then asked Baird to read the 10th Amendment of the Constitution. Baird did so and proceeded to say the "Commerce Clause" gives the Government the right to move forward with their Health Care plans. . . . (VIDEO)

That’s pretty telling that these TRAITOR RATS think the commerce clause means ANYTHING GOES. What’s the point of the Contitution’s enumerations limiting Congress’ power to a very select list of areas if the commerce clause enables them to do anything they want.....not to mention the 10th Amendment. These PUS CHANCRES are pushing it.

Conservatives at these meetings need to start saying, “kill it!” to the questions about Medicare and Medicaid. The Dem reps are fond of using that as a followup: “Well, would you want us to do away with Medicare and Medicaid?” I say: The programs have been DEAD WEIGHT for years. Put them out of their misery. They are more trouble than they are worth. Good, free-market insurance programs would be able to the job better, and we all know it.

This Marine is good.
It’s people like him who understand the Constitution that should be in government.

I’d like to ask them if there is anything at all still immune to the damned commerce clause!

Did anyone catch the comment posted below the video from some Daily Kos scrotum sniffer called “diogenes”? He/she has the internet balls to call a Marine Vet a grunt. Not wise unless you’ve walked in his boots $hi+ for brains.

These democrats in Congress have gotten so arrogant and disrespectful of the American people that they need to be taught a very serious lesson in humility.

May I suggest that throughout the entire country in the next election that every American citizen make it their patriotic duty by not voting for a single democrat.

Never, ever vote for a Democrat....each and every one of them needs the kind of lesson in humility that involves being held by the feet out of an 18th floor window until they can recite their oath to uphold the Constiution and sound as if they mean it.

Thanks for the ping, Justa, glad to see Hedrick is not backing off and bless him for it.

If Baird wants to cite the Commerce Clause on this issue he should sponsor an amendment to negate the Tenth because in effect there are no states rights. That’s a very lame excuse, IMO.

Medicare and Medicaid?” I say: The programs have been DEAD WEIGHT for years.

Exactly.....Where would these programs be without having a massive free market health care system to leech off of?

All the world's so called gubbermint health care systems are parasites to the innovations, technology, efficiency of the US free market health care system. Once the U.S. Gubbermint takes over the private sector health care system....all of these socialist 'health-care' systems will implode.

NO new drugs, NO new medical procedures, NO new advanced equiment, No competent doctors, etc. It will be a nightmare for the US but it will really kill all the other systems piggy backing off America's free market system.

I believe the DEMONCRATS are going to ram this through no matter what happens.....Welcome to the DARK AGES of Health Care.
