My father was born near the far north end of Vancouver Island in British Columbia, Canada in 1918. The only thing he knew for sure was the year he was born. His family picked a day to celebrate as his birthday which was April 18. He was the oldest child and his mother was not able to recall his birth.

It's possible things weren't as advanced as far as record keeping goes in 1936 Kenya as they were in 1918 Canada. Maybe that could help explain the year only birth for Oblahblah's father.

If I rememver correctly, the acquisition of this BC, as described in the Affidavit, first came up on the radar quite a long way back last year and in teh midst of HIllary and Obambi duking it out, so perhaps it was obtained before the more recent purging/scrubbing started seriously.
