Here is video of Neil Cavuto talking with police officials who are looking for the man who bit the finger off an anti-ObamaCare protester in Thousand Oaks, California earlier this week.
Police say the attacker could possibly face a charge of "mayhem" - depriving a person of a body part. That is a felony that could result in a few years to life in prison, depending on previous record and circumstances.

Maybe we need a fund-raiser to get up a reward for information leading to this pinkie-biter’s arrest. Cavuto sure was out to get this guy on his show today.
The perp should be easy to spot — he’s out somewhere looking for smaller and elderly folks to beat up on and chew off the digits of.
Find the sewer scum and prosecute him.
WLS-AM radio (Chicago) just ran an ad like “America’s Most Wanted”, calling the perpetrator in the finger saga “The Yes We Cannibal”.
They should get the finger-tip and run a DNA profile on it. It should have DNA from the saliva of the cowardly liberal loon that bit the senior citizen’s finger off.
