Ted Kennedy is spending his afterlife trying to locate an OSHA inspector. He's livid that he hasn't seen any fire extinguishers about! And Great Caesar's Ghost there is a need!
He was told to go see the government czar in charge of extinguishers.

It’s too easy to wish eternal Hellfire and Damnation on Teddy, my own spiritual ‘better side’ of myself hopes that he was reconciled to God through Jesus Christ before he breathed his last.
As for my own all-too-sinful human flesh?
I can’t help but smile at the prospect of Teddy-boy and Yuri Andropov getting together at Lucifer’s Cafe to argue about how it would have been ‘different’ if only Yuri had taken up Ted on his ‘generous offer’ to counter Reagan’s policies.
As for now, the cancer that ate up Teddy’s brain is nothing like the cancer he left behind that has been devouring our Republic, which has metastasized into a whole bunch of ugly tumors starting with the one in the Oval Office.

Teddy’s more concerned about Global Warming what with the sudden rise in temperature in his surroundings.

What Does Mulch Do?
Retains water.
Inhibits weed growth.
Keeps soil temperatures from becoming too hot or too cold. Protects sloping ground from soil erosion.
Well Bob, I'm gonna have to go with D. Mulching, final answer?

This is just too easy.....what's Teddy doing now? BWAAAAAHAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!
All of the adulation and praise from a bunch of spiritually doomed temporary earth-dwellers will only serve to make his current plight more ironic.

The real question is: what were Teddy’s first words to Mary Jo.
My guess: “Gee, I thought you could hold your breath longer than that.”
