Contact the Fairfax County Police Department and let them know what you think of Officer Wesley Cheeks: Trust me when I write the Fairfax County cops probably condone this. They are now gaining power over their bosses (us) and will, via the politicians be able to run roughshod over everyone.
I know one Fairfax cop who, when off duty, would try to get into an argument with me. He would only do it while in uniform and would tap his right hand on his holster/weapon while trying to goad me. I would just walk away.
A neighbor saw it once and turned him in. The reply was that his act was not intimidating and his actions were fine by Fairfax Police standards. Some standards.

The police department can be shamed into doing something, by making sure this video get out.

When I lived in the Dominican Republic, a teacher warned our class about interactions with the local police. She said that a lot of them poor country boys who came down from the mountains looking to have a job where they could look important and throw their weight around nothing did that like wearing a uniform and carrying a gun. She said that she wasn't saying that they were all like that...just most of them.
What's the line from that song, "People are the same wherever you go"?
