This video is so stunning that I am embarrassed I didn't notice it until now.

A paraphrase of Mr. Dean:

When you try to put too much into a bill this big you make a lot of people angry.....

And they did exactly that: they put too much into a bill that is too big. And now we are angry. By their own admission, they have angered a very large segment of the American people.

And they're worried about the trial lawyers?

Thank you for the explanation. I am not in or near that industry, so I have very little information regarding how the lawyers get paid. My assumption (always a dangerous beast - the assumption) was that legal defense costs were outside the scope of malpractice insurance.

In the following post, you point out the fraud in Medicare. I daresay (probably another assumption) that the dollar value of Medicare and medicaid fraus is understated, if only because of the paltry payment schedule used for these systems.

Have a great day, FRiend Parsy, who likes to say something clever!

No apologies necessary ... Democrat Party has been a shill for the trial lawyers for quite some time.

I don’t know how to get to Sara’s Facebook page - or anyone elses either, for that matter. Never went there.
