House Health Reform Bill Will Allow Illegal Aliens to Receive Taxpayer-Funded Health Care
Critics of America's Affordable Health Care Act of 2009 (AAHCA), the health care reform bill currently working its way through the House of Representatives, have suggested the bill will provide taxpayer-funded health care to illegal aliens. Supporters of the bill maintain that Section 246 will prevent illegal aliens from receiving benefits under the bill. Section 246 states that
"[n]othing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States."1
As discussed in this memorandum, Section 246 will not prevent illegal aliens from receiving taxpayer-funded health care benefits under the bill.
(1) Illegal Aliens Eligible for Public Plan. Section 246 applies only to "affordability credit" access, but does not apply to anyone attempting to enroll in the public health insurance plan created by Section 221. Affordability credits can be used to

Will they get the benefit of end of life counseling, too?
Illegal aliens are the people this bill is intended for. It has nothing to do with Americans. Americans have already made clear that they don’t want it.
Then the illegals can be post-birth aborted them? Cool!
That’s just for citizens/slaves who have to pay for it (makes sense... of course not).
OT: Do the docs realize their pay will be capped yet?
Do the exempt unions who protest (and retirees), realize they’ll also end up on the heap eventually?
BTW, the reps put up legislation to make sure illegals were not covered and the dems voted it down. I have to find the link.
Health coverage for illegal aliens is really a red herring.
In fact, Zer0 and the sociopaths on Capitol Hill will be assaulting the American people with Round 3 of “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” aka Illegal Alien Amnesty in early 2010. The bills are already in the works.
Zer0 said that two weeks ago while in Mexico.
Those 25 million++ Mexicans and Mesoamericans with brand new U.S. “Z Visas” and U.S. identities will most certainly be eligible for Washington’s plot to “spread the health care around,” at the expense of American citizens.
Yep. We’ll be giving ours up so that they can have it.
And we’ll get to wait in line with them.
My guess is they already get it the whole illegal shit stinks, as it ought to.
“Yep. Well be giving ours up so that they can have it.
And well get to wait in line with them.”
And if amnesty passes or this ‘healthcare’ passes, millions more will be coming to get it.
The people who have gone back to Mexico, with their anchor babies are having a hard time getting them accepted in Mexico.
We have created SUCH a nightmare.

Illegal alien students pay in-state tuition in some U.S. public universities; they are even admitted to the exclusion of others in order to fulfill minority quotas, but read what happens in Mexico.(note by NAFBPO)
El Universal (Mexico City) 8/17/09
According to the Population, Borders and Migratory Issues Committee of the Chamber of Deputies (House of Reps. of Mexico) thousands of migrant children are rejected in public schools in different cities of Mexico due to the lack of a Mexican birth certificate, which will affect their reentry into the national educational system. The chairman of the committee, Edmundo Ramirez Martinez, said There are complaints from at least two thousand parents in states such as Michoacan, San Luis Potosi, Guanajuato, Oaxaca, Queretaro and even the Distrito Federal that, after having returned from the United States some months ago, now they have that impediment from officials in order to enroll their children in public schools. The PRI (pol. party) federal congressman explained that all those youths have U.S. citizenship and now face rejection and discrimination when they are denied entry into Mexican pre-school, elementary and high school education, who are denied the enrolment of these children of Mexican parents and origin, due to the lack of a national certificate. He pointed out that as a result of the crisis in the United States, thousands of families have returned temporarily or permanently to Mexico and now face the dilemma of obtaining a Mexican registration, at the risk of not getting it or simply not wanting to get it for fear that their children might lose their rights as U.S. citizens.
He pointed out that these children who were born in the United States and who have returned to Mexico are practically non-existent as far as the educational and health systems, which reject them because they cannot prove their Mexican citizenship.

Find a hole in the ground and drill baby drill this POS healthcare bill right into it.

Yes, this relentless attempt at Amnesty by the sociopaths and liars on Capitol Hill (Democrats AND Republicans) must be stopped once and for all.
Thanks for posting that NAFBPA item, those guys are rock solid trustworthy, and in fact one of their leaders posts here under his own name from time to time.
Interesting article posted. Nothing surprises me with Mexico, as they are quite a racist nation. They want the US to take in and give citizenship to Mexican undesireables....but do not do so when US kids of Mexican parents want to enroll in Mexican schools.
Mexico is a Third World craphole, and anyone supporting any type of amnesty for Mexican illegals is pretty much committing treason on America
“Mexico is a Third World craphole, and anyone supporting any type of amnesty for Mexican illegals is pretty much committing treason on America”
You won’t get an argument from me on that.
Not my taxes. They start that excrement and I’ll stop paying taxes in protest.

Indeed...what is this the 4th or 5th round of this in the last 9 years? They just don’t understand the meaning of ‘no’.
State run media does not report Obama has apparently zero compassion for US citizen taxpayers. He promised amnesty to LaRaza who demand compliance with their demands (under threat of loss of Latino votes). As a result, amnesty will be the next debacle we face from the democrats, with no comprehension or clear concern what this will do to further destroy our nation and frustrate and anger not only America's jobless, but all who became legal citizens by doing it the right way.
Greed, corruption and intimidation are fast becoming this administration's legacy. My parents (bless their souls) and my husband's would be shocked at this "progressive" democrat party. I'm hearing many democrats and independents who are outraged by representatives of their party who they believe are ignoring "the will of the people" and doing Obama's dirty work.
“End of Freeloading” counseling? “Border respect” counseling? Not a chance. “How to Vote for Dems” counseling? You betcha.
