Here is video of former Clinton adviser Paul Begala saying that Sarah Palin is "not a serious person," describing her as "half a whack job" who does not have the "intellectual heft" needed to be taken seriously.
Begala was commenting on recent advice from former House Speaker Newt Gingrich to Sarah Palin. Begala said he "admired Speaker Gingrich for pretending Palin is a serious person, but she is not."
Begala and the media can't seem to help themselves when it comes to attacking Sarah Palin. For someone who is "not a serious person," they sure do take attacking her very seriously. It's Palin's principles and her appeal to average Americans that have them scared. . . . . (Watch Video)

I don’t know when it happened that you cannot disagree without being and idiot or worse. It’s sad, because sometimes if you discuss things calmly you can agree on some things. However, all we get is a lot of heat and no light.

It's time for real change. Hells bells, 535 Joe the Plumber types on capitol hill, along with the installation into the White House of say... oh, for instance... the fired and lookin' for a job manager of a baseball team (could even be a minor league team), would be a huge improvement over what we have now. I wouldn’t be smarting off about ‘intellectual heft’ if I were them after what they have put in office. Obama is a complete phony wackjob! Take away his teleprompter and he doesn’t make sense! You can only fake it for so long and I think the smell is off the rose.
Palin is almost a must to be a GOP president now. Afterall the Dims have in my life time said:
1. Ike was not all that smart. [I am too old to remember this personally.]
2. Nixon was slow.
3. Ford was a dumb jock.
4. Reagan was a dumb actor.
5. G.H.W. Bush was a slow patrician.
6. G.W. Bush was a village idiot.
This is a common thread among GOP presidents and this list includes the liberator of western Europe, the liberator of Eastern Europe and Russia, the liberator of Kuwait and the liberator of Iraq and Afghanistan, but not a big intellect among the group. [Some oppressed people somewhere must be hoping not to smart Palin can be their liberator.] You could go back further with what the press and Dims today say about Hoover and Silent Cal. So it is only natural that they would say this about Palin.
Begala is the yapping, little rat dog circling his master’s (Obama) legs begging for approval.
