With those words our founding fathers created the US Census. The number that creates congressional districts, doles out state entitlement programs, and other federal programs. It creates the statistics on lifestyle and income that the government (and many businesses) run on.
For the over 220 years our constitutional government has existed, the only part of our government that has not been corrupted by politics is the US Census. That will all change this time, because as it stands now, the 2010 census will include Illegal Aliens.

2010 Election Polls to Count Illegal Aliens
Illegal aliens were counted in 2000, and probably in earlier censuses. Everyone that could be found in 2000 was counted, and there were no citizenship questions.
And a similar issue came up then. Dems wanted to increase the counts by some statistical method for illegal aliens who supposedly were missed, or who deliberately avoided the census. Such adjustments for missed illegals were not made in 2000.
I hope people understand what this will lead to.
There will now be court cases against the validity of representatives to congress based upon an unconstitutional means of establishing representation.
It will become a dividing factor between states, pitting one state against another as the squabble over federal distribution of revenues escalates to a level never seen before.
Liberal dominant counties and states which contribute little or nothing to the federal pie will be able to hord more and more wealth from conservative productive counties and states... to a point where states will seriously consider their sovereignty legislative options. It could even lead to civil war.
This is precisely why the constitution originally forbade the collection of taxes from individuals... to prevent the type of consolidation of wealth which naturally leads to the corruption and abuse of power.
The 16th amendment fatally ignores the wisdom of our founding fathers.
Counting illegals has already given California 4 to 6 extra congressmen.
FYI.., ALL previous Census Enumerations have as well! Having been involved in conducting these, while questions are asked as to WHERE YOU WERE BORN..., questions are also asked as to your current citizenship. Thus, regardless of the answers..., population (and thus Congressional districting) are determined!
Kinda like when SCOTUS appointees are judged more on their geneology versus their allegiance to this country or its Constitution?

Mr Mesenbourg must understand it is the legal obligation of US citizens (and census takers) to report an illegal alien’s presence and employment. Notification of wrongdoing compels enforcement action....AND COMPLIANCE.
MESSAGE The census should provide penetrating census forms for illegal aliens. How many identities they are using, multiple precincts in which they are registered to vote, how many welfare checks, UI checks, disability checks, EITC refunds each illegal is pocketing. How many sub-prime mortgage loans they stuck US citizens with. Income from dealing drugs and other income not reported to the IRS. Specific orders they received from foreign governments -—or their agents-—to defraud the US census.
Mesenbourg would be violating the law if he did not advise census takers that it is a US citizen’s lawful obligation to report an illegal alien’s presence and place of employment. All census takers should be provided with the phone number for ICE (TOLL FREE 1-866-347-2423).

How can you count people that are not hear legally? The Socialist/Communist Democratic party are trying to still this country from it capitalist roots and turn it into a tyrannical government. This needs to be challenged in the courts.
