Beck Just Referred to "Birthers" as Idiots

I was watching the opening of Glenn Beck's TV show a short time ago. He was talking about the DNC ad claiming the Republican party sending mobs to town hall meetings to oppose BO's socialist health care plan. One clip from the ad showed a woman at a town hall meeting in Delaware showing her birth certificate and asking why BO can't do the same to prove he is a natural born citizen.

Beck then made the observation they had to use a clip of a "birther Idiot". The term birther couldn't be more misleading since it refers to people who simply demand BO abide by Article II Section I of the Constitution but somehow this fundamental point is lost on Beck. I immediately turned off the TV. I won't watch him again.

This guy.. a Saudi Prince owns stock in Newscorp...and is probably why Oreilly, Beck, etc... cannot speak of the birth certificate.

Ann Coulter, Sen. Jim DeMint, Glen Beck, Neil Bortz and others many have questions about Obama’s BC but are Not onboard with the birthers

This statement of yours does not compute. If these people do in fact have many questions about the BC, then they would be onboard with the birthers -- not trying to throw them overboard.

I have listened to Glenn's Becks pontifications about his avowed conservatism, yet his stand on this issue makes me suspect.

He tells his audience that they should get involved somewhere in the political process and pursue the issue that impassions them -- healthcare, cap and trade, TARP, whatever. But then when birthers do that and pursue their passionate issue, he mocks and ridicules them for doing exactly what he says patriots should be doing. I guess only Beck gets to define a "passionate issue".

Then he says that his listeners should get a copy of the Constitution and read it and hold their politicians to it. But when the birthers want to hold their politicians to the natural born citizen clause of the Constitution, he sides with the politicians who consider themselves above the law and don't have to prove their qualifications.

This issue is severly undermining Glenn Beck's credibility --
