I still don’t get this whole Clinton/Gore arrangement.

Stop calling them “journalists”. I know it’s a rather elastic term - but for Chrissakes - they were working for CurrentTV!

Why all the ceremony?

Because this administration is stuck on stupid. They worship stupid, admire stupid, feel empathy with stupid, reward stupid.

Thankfully the only damage done by Bubba was to damage US prestige and trust in the eyes of Japan and South Korea.
sarc

I heard on raido this morning these chicks had themselves on video gloating about being in North Korea without anyone knowing. d.oh.

They are more journalist than 99% of the newsreaders on TV.

They were out in the field (North Korea) researching a story. I don't care who they work for.

Lord, Obama just can’t stay off my TV screen.

Even with the coma those two first words together give me nightmares.

I don't care who they work for.

They work for left-wing propagandists. The end result of their "work" was a PR coup (at the very least) for one of the most murderous leftists regimes on the planet.

I do care. As do most here.

“Public probably wants to know what NK got in return”

When I heard Obama was sending Bill Clinton, I hoped it meant “in trade.”

Well, I didn’t know they worked for him/
Wonder what the “bias” of their reporting tends toward,
or what subjects are investigated?
Wonder also if it was their own “idea” to go into North
Korea.
And if not, wonder if it was Al Gore’s idea , and whether
there was any “controlling legal authority” to yay or nay that idea.
And I must say, if it was GOre’s idea, he bears a tremendous amount of responsibility for their being imprisoned for that amount of time.
