DUmmie FUnnies 08-03-09 (KOmmies Worried About Health Care Townhall Protests)
DUmmie FUnnies ^ | August 3, 2009 | KOmmies and PJ-Comix

EEEK! The peasants are revolting! Specifically they are revolting at the Obamacare protests at townhall meetings held by Congress folks now that they are in recess as you can see in this KOmmie THREAD, "I don't like how this is going down, period." Yeah, they don't like how this is going down because of the MASSIVE protests at those townhall meetings. I love watching the videos of people showing up at what were previously tame and lightly attended townhall meetings and loudly protesting Obamacare. Usually the folks protesting know a lot more about Obamacare than the flustered legislators. So let us know watch the KOmmies sweat bullets over the possibility that the townhall protests might derail their beloved Obamacare in Bolshevik Red while the commentary of your humble correspondent, looking forward to watching the daily townhall protests, is in the [barackets]:

The Obama White House needs to get out of the bubble and get real here. We all know that the lobbyists and insurance companies are ARMED TO THE NINES to defeat any health care reform, UNLESS THEY WRITE IT. Since they can not WRITE IT, they will destroy it. Simple as that. Why is this dangerous? These folks are ON TELEVISION, getting eyeballs, and making traction. Worried yet? Sure, it may be just a few, but a few can rollerball into many. The Democrats have not sold the health care reform argument because there is no f*cking bill by them. Are we shooting the bullets into our feet yet?

[The peasants are revolting. They stink on ice!]

Get busy. Get to these meetings of these congress critters and let them know WE ARE THERE.

[Pull yourselves away from your pizzas. Leave your basements. DUAC! DUAC! And now to the rest of the worried KOmmies...]

We need to use our smarts to our advantage by manipulating them into speaking on camera and then exposing them via local media, youtube, facebook, political blogosphere, and the "traditional" media!!

[Yeah, like the KOmmies are so "smart" that they can do any manipulating.]

But it strikes me when I watch these protesters, as in videos in diary, that there is no opposition present. No countervailing wind. You need to have a very distinct counter message on the spot. Not only for the TV audience (they have to see that others care to show up and shout about the pro health reform message - or the impression is left that no one is contesting these wingers...) but also to bolster the pols who are being attacked for being pro reform.

[You would have a hard time tearing yourselves from your pizzas.]

What's going on that cops aren't maintaining order at these town halls?

[ACHTUNG! The Order Police have determined that you must not challenge members of congress at townhall meetings!]

Where are the union people?
Where are the people who've been hassled by their insurance companies?
Where are the people who don't have insurance?
Where are the people who've had to pay more and more each year for their coverage?
Where are the business owners who are being strangled by insurance costs?
Where are the business owners who would like to see their employees have insurance?
Where are our "mobs?"

[Where? Where? WHERE? You want to know where your mobs are? Just call ACORN.]

Where are the police? These people are disturbing the peace and inciting a riot, in my opinion.

[Diversity of thought MUST be stomped out!]

What I want to see is our people out there outnumbering the naysayers. Make your presence known. Blogging needs to be translated into action!

[DUAC! DUAC!]

We need to be at every town hall this summer demanding a public option or it will not happen.

[Oh, go ahead and say what you REALLY want namely single payer aka government controlled health care.]

also, some of these conservatives are astroturfers who are actually in the pocket of big pHarma and insurance companies--not actual concerned citizens speaking their own minds.

[Can you supply the name of even ONE "astroturfer?"]

Nazis notoriously trucked in thugs to inflate their numbers at "demonstrations".

[So those crowds were trucked in by Nazis? And your non-existent proof is...?]

It's pretty uncommon for leftish protestors to shut a speaker down.

[LOL! Mind telling that to Ann Coulter or David Horowitz? The first time that Rush Limbaugh was on national TV, he was substituting for Pat Sajak. "Leftish" protestors forced the audience to be evacuated. I remember that incident well.]

Be interesting to know if any of them are being paid for this craziness.

[How about none? But we do know the ACORN counterprotestors ARE being paid...and with taxpayer money.]

My guess is yes. There are lobbyists in those wolf packs. They are on a clock.

[Sure. They commute directly from K Street to those townhall meetings.]

I'd love an opportunity to be paid a few bucks to skip work and show up at town hall meetings to angrily demand a public plan.

[Just join ACORN.]

There are lobbyists in these packs. They are posing as citizens. They pay the homeless to stand in line for them. You do not think they are above paying some poor soul to hold a sign and chant the crazy?

[Name ONE. If you can, you win a dozen free pizzas.]

There needs to be a very well-marketed graph or animation or guide about how the new health care plan would really work, it needs to be loud, so that people can say, "no that's not true, look at the (whatever)". And that's not very easy to do right now, given that there isn't a clear health care plan yet.

[There already is such a GRAPH.]

It's time for democrats to show up in bigger numbers at these townhalls. Teamsters/SIEU/Change to win/NNM/OFA/DFA-are you listening?

[Paging ACORN!]

I've been mostly thinking positively about the odds for a semi-decent bill, but these videos evaporate any hope, I'm afraid. This is going to be a pandemic of bullshit by the middle of the month . . .

[Sniff! The death of hope...and change.]

Come on, People! Get to a local town hall and counter these fools!

[Meanwhile you munch on your pizza in the basement while urging others to go DUAC! DUAC!]

Let's deal with this truth - the American public is too stupid to absorb complex realities that will unfold over decades, and far too willing to be frightened into making a serious mistake to achieve short-term comfort...

[So why don't you move to a smart nation like North Korea?]

They were trucked in for the event, as noted above. Typical thuggish intimidation tactics.

[Yeah, they were trucked in by Karl Rove.]

Don't want to be a downer, but we've already lost this one. By the time Congress gets back to it in September, our only hope will be to prevent further damage. Health Care reform will be a hot topic again in 2025.

[Or the year 2525...if Man is still alive.]

ll the talk on this thread about what Democrats should do, but they wont. I've said it before and I will say it again, things don't change unless people are marching in the street. we had 8 years to march and didn't, the Republicans are already marching.

[DUAC! DUAC!]

You have to give the other side some credit. They are showing up at these town halls and making their voices heard. Our side? Hardly a peep.

[DUAC! DUAC!]

Okay, do I have this right? Conservatives are all unemployed and thus able to attend and disrupt a town hall meeting, but Democrats/progressives are all employed and can't attend? Is that right? Is that why progressives are, once again, here, writing about those disruptive conservatives instead of being out there, standing eyeball to eyeball and yelling at them as loud as they yell? If the conservatives can find out where these town halls are, why can't progressives and show up as en mass as the cons?

[DUAC! DUAC!]

I'm ready and willing to go to war against these radical fascist racist f*cks. I mean real war, not rhetorical. I. HATE. THEM. HATE THEM.

[Screamed the KOmmie at the big screen during the middle of Hate Week festivities.]

We need loud voices, catchy phrases, and a branded, clear message. We need an army of people to fight for this.

[DUAC! DUAC!]

Come on down to my part of town, sunshine. I, too, am not kidding. Also, I am not a fascist, nor a radical, nor a racist. YOU are the one who wishes to forcibly silence others, not I. Like I said, come on down to my part of town.

“Where are the union people?”

Hahahaha....a big part of my extended family is blue collar union Dem and they’re running away from the party so fast it ain’t funny.

For two minutes today, I listened to Thom Hartmann. His explanation for the protests was - racism. Yep, if you’re against this plan it’s because you’re a racist led, of course, by Hannity and Fox, et al. Somehow I thought Hartmann was a little above that sort of thing; I was wrong.

Because busing fake people into an event is a leftist tactic so they assume everyone does it. Problem is their "John Q Public" is always outed as a Democrat operative. Happens so much it's just pathetic.

Nazis notoriously trucked in thugs to inflate their numbers at "demonstrations".

So did/does ACORN.

No, that's not a coincidence. It's a defining feature of fascism.

THEY’RE the ones inciting a riot, because there are Republicans and Independents and Democrats and even some who didn’t vote at the tea parties and town hall meetings.

What part of that is sooooo difficult for these people to understand?

Too FUnny. I had a chance to make it to one of the tax protests at our state capitol and was impressed with the crowd that had gathered. Recognizing that these were by & large working people who took time out from their responsibilities to travel and protest, I was elated. I as also amused when the counter-protesters showed up. Mostly a motley bunch of the local college kids, getting extra course credit for disrupting, and union thugs, being paid to harass the normals.

Unfortunately (for them) they were wildly outnumbered and hopelessly outclassed. Most of them quickly gave up, and the rest who remained were so dispirited that I (almost) felt sorry for them....almost ;'}

PLEASE SOMEONE IN THE MEDIA WITH MONEY.We can defeat the Death Care bill with one video . Even just on Youtube as we saw today when Arlen Sphincter got destroyed in the town hall meeting. This is better than “Ted and Louise” in 93. Please help!
Scene : Government health official at a table,
Long line of elderly
First one hands bureaucrat a paper.
Bureaucrat looks then drops his glasses on his nose and says “72 years old —Denied” .
Next person steps forward.
“62 years old — Denied “
next person—”-— “49 ok you get doctor Sahib in 7 months ,5 days”.
What do you think??? Can you help. It will kill this thing deader than Michael Jackson.
