Three Black Panthers, Minister King Samir Shabazz, Malik Zulu Shabazz and Jerry Jackson were charged in a civil complain in the final days of the Bush administration with violating the voter rights act by using coercion, threats and intimidation. Shabazz was seen holding a nightstick or baton that prosecutors said he pointed at people and menacingly tapped it. The men hurled racial slurs at both blacks and whites.

Questions of corruption in the Obama Justice Department is being asked in the case of Black Panthers who intimidated voter and were allowed to walk free when the case was dropped by political appointees in the department.

So, now if any of these groups intimidated anyone at the polls do you think that they should get a free pass and still have the ability to stay on the democratic pollsters (union or whatever it is that these men still are part of)?

Security should be placed at every poll and any attempt at intimidation should be swept up quickly. These men should not get a free pass, the damage was already done.
