Here is audio of the 911 Call that led to the arrest of Harvard Professor Henry Louis Gates by Cambridge, Massachusetts police. The woman said that "two gentlemen" were trying to get into the house, but said she was not sure if it was a burglary or just people who did not have their key.
The police are expected to release the arrest tape shortly. We'll post it here when available. . . . (Listen to Audio)

Al Sharpton’s neice still wants this woman punished I bet.
Wait, the leftist liberal media has reported this story as if the original call itself was a racist hate crime!!
What happens when the true facts come out? Will the leftist liberal media correct themselves???????
Wow. This story just goes on and on. I was totally for the police, but if this women is correct than why did the police go into the house the way they did. If the woman was not sure they should have used some discretion. But again I will wait final conclusion on the entire tape of the event.
On the chance that it was a crime, the police acted completely correctly. The only people mentioning race are Gates, people like Sharpton, and Obama. Race bating everyone of them.
"I may be a little biased here, and I don't know all the facts, but the Cambridge Police clearly acted stupidly."
Obama let his bias and underlying feelings be exposed with that statement.
In truth, underneath the sheen, and the thin venier...behind the TOTUS, Obama is just like Gates, Wright, Ayers, etc.
And, IMHO, that is the most revealing thing about the issue with Gates. He is so clearly another person and instance of a pattern that fits Obama's other "close friends".
Racist, hate filled, angry, people who detest traditional America and the free market and whose seething hatred is only just below the surface...and in some cases always out in the open. Frank Davis, Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn, Jeremiah Wright, Henry Louis Gates, even his own wife, Michelle (by her own admission)...and the list goes on and on.
There is a clear pattern here that the MSM not only knows, but refuses to report. And that is because most of them share this hatred.
Obama and all those pushing his radical agenda are abject marxist ideologues. Their "fundamental; change" is nothing more than a destruction of the American free market and fundamental republican principle.

She thought one of the men might be Hispanic and hadn’t gotten enough of a look at the other to say anything about him. The tape is edited to omit her name but that has come out anyway.
Are you serious? The police get called for a possible break-in. It doesn't matter that the caller said she didn't know if it was a break-in or not. The police have to assume the worst in a situation like this, regardless of what was phoned in. The police handled this correctly.
Who said otherwise??? I didn’t hear about this.
You may by all means wait until the entire tape of the arrest, itself, is made public before passing judgement, but you are wrong to claim that the police were in error to "go in" as they did, based on this woman's report.
Why?
Because 1) the woman was not a trained forensic specialist (i.e,, the police shouldn't COUNT on the initial report being 100% accurate), and 2) the police who appeared at the scene probably didn't get a lengthy description including such terms as "two gentlemen, one of whom was a professorial type, walking with a slight limp, the other perhaps a hack."
One simply mustn't expect radioed communications to the police in the field / on the streets to contain such nuances.
Regards,
“she thought one of the men might be Hispanic”
So when Officer Crowley was asking if Gates was alone, he had to contend with the possibility Gates may be in a bad situation.
Why, if the officer is well trained, and in the right, were the charges droped? Was his command leaned on, or trew him under the bus, or was it a bogus, or mistaken arrest?
Granted, Gates is a AH, but that is not arrestable.
The cop, f’d up. Gates is a professional, warped, low rent lying racist. Obama is a stupid, low rent( I can not believe he was/is a lawyer) racist.
Give your head a shake...what discretion do you recommend, when someone breaks into your house and a friend calls 911, what police discretion, would you recommend, cruise around the block a number of times, park in front of your house hoping to frighten the thugs...or apply the standard FIDO, (forget it drive on)....
I don’t know if the “Hispanic” part was relayed to Crowley. I would guess that the woman thought that Gates was Hispanic. Officer Crowley didn’t know if it was an innocent situation and the man who came to the door was the resident of the house, or if there were two burglars in the house and the guy at the door was unaware that his house had been broken into. As far as I can tell, Crowley did what he was trained to do for the safety of everyone concerned. Nobody would have heard of the incident if Gates hadn’t behaved like such a jerk. But bless his heart, he couldn’t help it—that’s the way he is.
What the hell difference does it make if she said black or nothing??? She called to say there was a BREAK IN in progress and the police did EXACTLY what they are trained to do....BLACK OR WHITE!
Paraphrased from a judge I heard earlier today: In the state of Massachusetts disorderly conduct must take place in a public place and must be disruptive enough to prevent others from carrying out the activities they were engaged in. IOW, you can't be disorderly in you own home and the police can't arrest you for being rude.
I was wondering why the 911 operator even asked the question about race then I had a BFO (Blinding Flash of the Obvious) and remembered that if the cops had to start chasing thieves a basic description would be helpful, race is better than nothing.
