I’m not defending Obama, I’m promoting a way to get him out of office and to get the birth certificate...
One common mistake that some posters make is that a statement of reality... like there is no legal requirement for a candidate to produce a birth certificate... is “support for Obama”....
On the contrary, once you know that, then you know you have to get a state law to *make it a legal requirement*... seems like a real simple idea to me... :-)

Nope, you’ve never heard me say to abandon the Constitution. And no one (none of the candidates) and none of the posters is saying anything about not abiding by the requirements for office, per the Constitution. Even Obama agrees with abiding by those requirements, which is why he gave his sworn statement.
If you want a birth certificate then you’re going to have to get a state law passed which requires a candidate to produce his birth certificate or else he cannot be place on the ballot.
And nothing there voids anything with the Constitution...
No you are telling people to abandon any fight to have the current law upheld (the Constitution) and telling them we need to make new law in order to do anything about an issue that is already law under the Constitution.
You are defending Obama’s position under current law (the Constitution).
You are defending Obama that is a fact.
The facts speak for themselves and no one has to lend any credibility to a statement of reality...
-The fact is that no one has been able to get the birth certificate from Obama.
-And there is no legal requirement for any candidate to produce a birth certificate.
-And the states can pass a law requiring a birth certificate..
Thus, all one has to do is get to it with their state...

We can get a birth certificate a lot faster by passing a state law that requires a candidate to produce his birth certificate or else he cannot be placed on the ballot...
That’s the way to defend the Constitution, if that’s what you want to do... waiting another four or five years isn’t going to do it... :-)

This makes him either not a natural born citizen, or a liar. He has to be one of the two.
