Yes but the People have a right to petition the government (the Court) for a ruling on the issue.
You are only supporting tyranny if you claim that they do not.
The candidates have all sworn an oath that they all comply with the requirements of the Constitution for eligibility. So, if there is a false swearing here, all that has to be done is to prosecute. I just say, go ahead...., if there is a false swearing.
And if the birth certificate is not an issue, as you said it is not, then there’s not much else to say about it... either prosecute or it’s done...
If there is a problem with what any candidate did in swearing an oath that they comply with the requirements of the Constitution in regards to eligibility, then all one has to do is prosecute for swearing falsely. All I’ve got to say about that is what is taking you so long?.... :-)
The people do not prosecute but the people have a right to petitition the Court in regards to a Constitutional injustice.

Well, the state authorities and judges are already ignoring their oath to the existing laws and disallowing citizens to challenge the fraudulent democrat candidate, so what makes you think new laws will be any better adhered to?
You can petition all you want too and I will sign one with you but sad truth is that we are in this mess because our Governments(state and federal) are so incompetent that they can’t even get an election done in accordance with constitutional requirements.
Because of that the only realistic way have of fixing Peebo is having laws in place for the next election.

There is no legal requirement for any candidate to produce a birth certificate. If you want the candidates to do that, then you are going to have to get some states to pass a law which requires the candidate to produce a birth certificate or else they cannot be placed on the ballot...

That is not what I meant by petition. I mean that they have a right to have their Consitutional rights defended in the Court.
It is the People’s Constitution and so far the people’s right has been denied.
Well, I notice that after a year of this nothing is happening... so, that’s why I was wondering if it was still going to be going on all the way to the opening of Obama’s Presidential Library... :-)
Otherwise, I would say the *quicker* way to get something done is to get a state law passed that requires a candidate to produce his birth certificate or else he cannot be placed on the ballot. That will get quicker results than we’ve seen so far... LOL...

If you’re talking about character, that figures into the election. It appears that in the election that more voted for him than our side had for Palin/McCain...

I haven’t been defending Obama, I’ve been trying to help people figure out the best way to get rid of him... :-)
