If OBAMA could jump to conclusions, I can too. As Gates is writing a documentary on Police Profiling, he wanted to aggrandize his status. It backfired. He will now include a new chapter with distorted facts. Also I would guess that Crowley's silence with respect to this distortion will be in exchange for not suing or counter suing; the man just wants to be a COP not the focus as Joe the Plumber and Sarah Palin became.

I have been rousted by the cops over the last 8 years about a dozen times. I worked with an alarm system at my place of work doing night shift. The alarm goes off, the state cops show up. They give you the full rectal exam until all the facts are in. They block your car in the parking lot and call in your plates . They know your name before they ask for your ID. You are considered a suspect until all the facts are in. The cops are following procedures. You show them around the building and then they call a designated person to show up to vouch for you. You have to learn how to have thick skin and not lose your cool.
Gates suffers from Harvard Superiority Syndrome.
Having watched a short video clip of an interview he gave after this thing blew up... it appears he may also have a slight case of light in the slippers syndrome with an additional and very annoying but sadly untreatable malady known as got-a-naked-chauffer-in-the-bedroom-and-a-COP-at-the-front-door guilt complex

I know that there are fellow Freepers who have posted they had previously heard of this guy (most of them saying that he’s an arrogant pr*ck), but one thing that amazes me about this story is how famous he apparently thinks he is. What a small, self-congratulatory world these elites circle around in...oh, what does that remind me of? Could it be

The other fun thing is the MSM coverage, which, for the most part, described him as a Haah-vard prof when the story broke, but by the next day was uniformly calling him a “world-renowned SCHOLAR.”
The kids may not be his either. He says he’s 56% white and his wife is white, but his kids are only half black. So unless he’s just mathematically challenged - and being a Harvard Professor, we know he is smarter than everyone else and doesn’t make mistakes - those kids must have a baby daddy somewhere who is 100% black.

Right on... don’t know if that is a fact, but that the Cabbie disappeared may be an area of concern. For all the cops new, the Cabbie was dead in the basement, if they even knew who the second party was at that point.

JMO but Gates is at Harvard because they are a Liberal School with a fixed vision unsupported by facts and hired a racist to reinforce their views. As I said, Just My Opinion.
BTW, the place where the Obamas are staying is fair market value of $35,000 - $50,000 A WEEK. The Obamas say they are going to pay fair market value. You want to bet on that?!
What kind of fool would go on that kind of vacation when the country is in MAJOR financial stress caused by the president who is taking this kind of vacation?! Do we see a pattern of how the Obamas think? WE DESERVE BETTER than the average American family because we ARE SPECIAL. "WE WON!"
I'm sure the Obamas are extremely tired since they have been VACATIONING (with extended family paid for by taxpayers) all over the world & partying at the White house for the last six months! They "NEED" a VACATION!
