Until we control government the Constitution or the rule of law does not matter. It doesn’t matter if Osama pulled off his big dumbo ears and declared himself an alien from Mars he is President until we control congress and probably even then. It is better to work on stopping his policies as best we can until the next elections.

Government does not matter unless the Constitution is the rule of law.

Perhaps a matter of semantics. The Constitution should be party neutral.

Overall, I think we agree.

Actually we can do both....kick his a$$ on his policies and keep hitting him on the birth certificate and college transcript issues. The elgibility issue is his achilles heel, it could mean the end of his presidency if definitive proof comes out that he is not elgible.
