Until we control government the Constitution or the rule of law does not matter

Government does not matter unless the Constitution is the rule of law.

Perhaps a matter of semantics. The Constitution should be party neutral.

Overall, I think we agree.

The reason Obama wants to overturn the peaceful transition of power in Honduras is because they relied on their Constitution to affect the change. Obama is scared of our Constitution for many reasons, not the least being his inability to prove the “natural-born citizen” requirements have been met. Lots of legal dollars being spent to fight the presentment of a birth certificate. There are lots of other stuff he won't release also. He is hiding something!

“Government does not matter unless the Constitution is the rule of law.”

I will go you one better and say that The Constitution does not matter unless the people believe in the principles stated in it, practice those principles and are willing to defend them. It seems that The Constitution is seen as an ancient document that is of little value (except historical), sort of like The Bible.... lack of virtue is the real problem.
