Ann Coulter Talks with Hannity About Obama's Sinking Poll Numbers; 2012 GOP Race - Video 7/21/09

Here is video from tonight of Ann Coulter talking with Sean Hannity on President Obama's sinking poll numbers, and the battle of Government Health Care. Hannity pointed out that Obama's poll numbers have now sunk lower that Jimmy Carter's numbers were at the same time in his presidency. Coulter says you can see that Obama is "becoming unhinged" now that he is getting some criticism and harder questions.

Coulter said she is considering supporting Gov. Mitt Romney in 2012, and she feels Republicans need to settle on a candidate sooner in the next election. She said she would choose Romney or Palin over Gingrich, adding that Newt needs to be the "talker in chief." . . . . . (Watch Video)

This independent conservative thinks Coulter is an idiot for bringing up Romney, Palin, and Gingrich.

She should have stuck to Obama’s poll numbers.

I won’t support anyone who’s even vaguely pro-gayagenda or pro-choice.

Romney? Oh, Ann. You disappoint me.

Why doesn’t she decide whether she’d rather commit suicide by eating cyanide or arsenic.

The effect is the same.

Don’t get me wrong. Last year I would have gone for him. But we are traveling too fast and approaching too quickly that last great cliff to play games with republocrats and demicans.

Another RINO is NOT going to save the Republic.

We need a CONSERVATIVE movement.

We need to take the legislative branch.

We need to take the WH.

And we need to start putting constructionists on the BENCHES.

Enough of this crossover-candidate crap.

By 2012, the people will be HUNGRY for a REAL CHANGE, meaning someone outside the mainstream, outside the beltway, and someone who is tired of fascistic government.

Ann is trying to take out Romney by attaching herself to him.

I hope you are right, like a bad guest in your home, Romney has overstayed his welcome and doesn't have the common sense to leave.

Ditto him being the father of Mass-Care which is falling on its @$$.....

Exit stage left please....

Not! I am glad to hear that Ann agrees with me about Mitt.
Her two choices Mitt who she says has to get out front on the Romneycare mess, and Sarah.
Ann is smart!

Both Ann and Laura were not shy about their support of Romney. Disappointing.

Coulter's pushing Romney for Prez, AGAIN!

Good strategy, if you want to lose.

Ann supported Romney a couple years before the last primaries. If not for his liberalness on healthcare and some crazy statements on a variety of issues when he first ran for Senate. I would get behind hi next time. I have become convinced he is another script reader saying whatever polls tell him to say. Don’t need more of those guys.

No, Ann should have stuck to Obama's poll numbers instead of shilling for Willard.

Why is everybody bringing up poll numbers for 2012? It's designed to distract you from the wreckage Obama is doing to this country. Will there even be an election in 2012? Please don't fall for this crap.

Well said!

I'm done with RINOs, half-steppers, "reach across the aislers"...you name it. I will only vote for a conservative candidate who will sharply contrast and pledge to dismantle the czars and big gov't that Zero is leaving behind, and I don't care if he/she will run 3rd party.

No, she is not. But she isn’t always right either. Read her nonsense about John Roberts during the confirmation hearings.

Here's one response -

Coulter, and Ingraham, are both certainly within their right, and opinion, to support whomever they wish. I, and millions of others, will continue to unwaveringly support Sarah Palin. In the end, Ann and Laura can join us in voting in the general election for the GOP Presidential nominee, Sarah Palin. :^)

If a third-party can guarantee at least an even three-way split, I’ll go third party if the RNC runs a RINO.

Hell, if they run another McCain, I’ll probably go third-party anyway. They’re all the same now, the RINOs and the Dems.

I voted for Palin last election. I’d vote for her again.

I watched the video and I didn't see Ann as unduly pushing for Romney. She was equally enthused about Romney and Palin.  She thinks people would remember Romney's name better from the last election, but I would say people know Sarah's name as well, if not more so.  She was the GOP's VP candidate, after all.

I would cut Ann some slack here, since the election is still far off and obviously she has to sound impartial.  However, she noted that she voted for Sarah in the 2008 election and that she likes her.

Both Ann and Laura were not shy about their support of Romney. Disappointing.

I've heard both of them say at different times how handsome they thought Romney was.

C'mon, girls! ...You're thinking with your "you-know-what"!
