Sometimes I think “opinionists” don’t bother to read the piece they are commenting on.

The opinionist, before opinioning, should meditate for a moment on what a truly free country would look like, if it were free, and if it were made up of a truly free people, what would those people be like. You have to think for a moment what it means to be free, and how do you structure that.
What would it mean if the United States were to return to its constitutional basis.
And then think what would it take to get us there.
And once Moran has thought that through, he should write that piece, and I’ll read it.
