Eligibility arguments to get court hearing - 'For 1st time, we have a judge who's listening'

In what ultimately could prove to be a turning point in the legal challenges to Barack Obama's eligibility to be president, a federal judge in California has planned a hearing on the merits of a federal court case raising those questions.

According to attorney Orly Taitz, who is working on multiple cases alleging Obama is a "usurper" because he doesn't meet the constitutional requirement that only a "natural born citizen" can be president, U.S. District Judge David O. Carter ruled in a hearing today that her case will move forward.

The hearing was on her motion for a default order against Obama, because although Taitz said she notified him of the action, Obama's attorneys did not make an appearance.

Her complaint was filed against the president on Jan. 20, the day of his inauguration, over his actions before he became president.

Maybe something original like the US Constitution requires one to be a natural born citizen and if one doesn't have to show that they qualify, why did our Constitutional Congress bother putting that requirement in the Constitution?

It doesn't matter where obama was born. He is not a natural-born citizen as his father was a Kenyan. He's not eligible to hold the office of president.

You are incorrect. If he was born in the state of Hawaii, he would be a natural born citizen. If both his parents were citizens, it would not matter where he was born, he would be a citizen. It is because his father was Kenyan that the birthplace matters.

Well, Biden’s prognostication was correct. The ‘Obama crisis’ has materialized almost exactly at the 6 month mark from Jan 20th.

Wrong. To be a Natural Born Citizen, you need two US Citizen parents, and to be born on US soil. Obamas dad was Kenyan, not US. End of Obamas eligibility.

According to the original intent of the writers of the Constitution (clarified by a court ruling in 1790), having one foreign-born parent alone invalidates a claim of being a "natural born citizen".

It's really a loyalty test, one attempt to prevent treason.

I think you misunderstood my questions. I was wondering if the states and private organizations would try to fight the judge’s court order and what they would argue as the reason for not turning over the documents.

BTW, the Hildebeast ignored the subpoenas to turn over the Rose law firm billing records for over two years. What if the Obama enablers just ignore the judge’s court orders?

Unfortunately he has to rule before the documents can be required by the court, if I read that correctly. Also, he's a Clinton appointee so principles may not be high on the list.

Why can't Orly find a Reagan or Bush appointee who loves to make a point?

I have to agree. IMHO Hillary would have been better off remaining a senator from NY. I think she would have more power and more respect. Think that she currently is only a figure head for the corrupt administration.

Obama eligibility case will be heard on merits Please distribute everywhere. Just got off the phone with Orly Taitz, the attorney in Keyes v. Obama. At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter said the following:

1. There will be a trial.

2. It will be heard on the merits.

3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues.

4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority.

5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified Potus/cinc.

6. Judge stated that if Obama isn’t Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

If the case goes forward and Obama is found to be ineligible just think of the aftermath. He is entrusted with all top secrets of the government. I would think he would be found of committing treason against the American people-would they just ship him off to Supermax to never be seen again? You can’t just turn him loose with all his classified knowledge.

And you have just scratched the surface. Justice Soetomyer among others would be invalid appointments and it just would go on and on.
