Here is video of President Obama's Weekly Address today, July 11, 2009, where he claimed the $787 Billion Stimulus Plan has "worked as intended." . . . However, Obama did not mention that they told Americans - without the Stimulus, unemployment would rise to 9%. It now stands at 9.5%. He then goes on to push his "Cap and Trade" bill and Government Health Care. Americans are beginning to question whether Obama knows what he is doing on the economy. Repeating the same things over and over again may not change their minds. . . . . (Watch Video)

Obama keeps moving the goal posts. Now it is supposed to take two years to see results.
The stimulus is working just like BO was born in the US.
Why does Uhbama lie to his people?
Is he really kind of insane or are his own chosen advisors LYING to him, or is uhbama just TOO STUPID to interpret the jobs reports, the stock and bond markets, the foreclosure rates, etc.
I have heard that uhbama is not the brightest tool in the shed. He has goals, marxist, and a big chip on his shoulder but above all, he seems to be either a lying SOB or genuinely stupid.

This reminds me of the scene from the movie Animal House when all of the common folks are running away scared for their well-being and the ROTC cadet (Kevin Bacon) is screaming at the top of his lungs that all is well and they need to stay calm.
