Dear Congressman King,
Thank you for having the courage to express your views on the MSM's shameless glorification of Michael Jackson. In this intensly politically correct environment it is often difficult to express the truth. The MSM's glorification of Michael Jackson is as shameless as their deification of BHO. As the parent of a five year old, I, too, believe that Michael Jackson, with his long, sordid history of drug abuse and child molestation is horrible role model and example for today's youth. I also believe that the news media's coverage of the funeral as if it were a state funeral is simply another example of its sheer depravity and lack of balance. This country has truly lost its measure of common sense and traditional values. The spectacle unfolding today is reminiscent of a Roman deification of a mad, delusional, corrupt, deranged, and psychotic emperor. Truly pathetic times we are living in today.

The MSM are not glorifying MJ because they think he is glory worthy. This is the same MSM that savaged him during the trial and mocked and ridiculed him at other times. To the MSM it's all about creating a sensation and attracting viewership.

With BHO it was a meeting of the minds. Even if 99% of the country were against Osama, they would still promote him even if it meant dismal ratings and ad revenue. Remember liberals are liberals first. Ideology takes first place over everything else.
