You just can’t trust them Jews. I should know; I’m one of them. But I must confess that I have become weary of lurking in the shadows, plotting against the very people who have so graciously welcomed me into the bosom of the nation, plying my conspiratorial will to destabilize the economy, as did my good friend Bernie Madoff, and lobbying hard to undermine the national interest, as John Mearsheimer and Stephen Walt so astutely discerned in their insightful and groundbreaking book, The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy. And I must admit, too, that I have never liked the taste of the blood of Christian children and long ago forswore the practice of draining their little bodies to make my Passover matzot.

My take too. I think the author is ashamed of Jewish support for Obama, so he’s attempting to obfuscate the issue via some straw man conspiracy talk.

I prefer Hindus and Budhists myself. They suspect nothing. I hope the author isn’t expecting the lefties to start flatlining like the robots in that Star Trek episode when the crew of the Enterprise uses illogic and paradox to free themselves. They are programmed to think in illogic and paradox. It’s logic they have a problem with.

I'm not sure what this Solway is trying to say. My guess would be that he's trying to show that Jewish support for O in the last election (the % of the vote, BTW, is exaggerated) disproves the ancient canard of a world Jewish conspiracy, but he seems to outwit himself and loses the reader in his satire.
