Bureaucrats Will Carry Out Mandatory Home Inspections Under Climate Bill
Propaganda Matrix/Unite or Die ^ | Paul Joseph Watson

The controversial climate bill that is set to be taken up by the Senate on Monday after its passage in the House will legislate home inspections by government regulators who will demand to audit every aspect of your property under the threat of substantial and repeated fines if their visits are denied or their demands not satisfied.

The climate legislation is written in a manner that automatically assumes that global warming is taking place and that it is attributed to rising CO2 levels, despite the fact that this is a highly contentious question and is being rejected by more and more scientists as time goes by.

As Tony Pacheco writes in his excellent article today, the bill will "audit every aspect of your home and life".

Sentiments aside....I’m going to have to force myself to stay below the surface on this one. Suffice it to say, what they’re proposing could be the final straw.

We say that, but i am sure the goal posts will moved further away soon after this as we want to be "law abiding citizens"

Bureaucrats in league with shady contractors donating to the Democratic Party.

If you want to reduce carbon consumption, tax it directly. Less opportunity for graft. But that’s the whole point, right?

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation ..."

Now perhaps the Bill finesses the "unreasonable" qualifier but how will they get past probable cause?

How many letters like this, to congress, will it take to get the message through?

“You keep your fricking Gestapo climate Nazis away from my house! And if you think you're going to fine me for the privilege, wait until you see how much I spend to kick your Fascist butt out of office!”

The Fourth Amendment sometimes needs to be protected by reference to the Second.

I have been enraged since January 20th when a Supreme Court Justice ilegally swore in a usurper.

Nothing surprises me any more.

It also just occurred to me, how do you hide your gun safe during such inspections?

You don’t suppose THAT observation would make honorable mention during these “inspections”?

The more I read about this bill...the more I am reminded of the Red Chinese, and Chairman Mao, who gave the streets to the teenagers, and forced all the intelligentsia into the fields...it was billed as the “Great Leap Forward” the end result was total destruction of the economy

Never underestimate the power of citizen isolation, especially when the enforcement is not uniform.

An example....say the government has an axe to grind (politically say because the NSA has been forced to track dissenters [e.g., eggregious FR plaints] and report them to Obama's goons).

Then say they go to a SINGLE house in a SINGLE neighborhood subdivision and bang on the door. Do you think the rest of the people in that subdivision are going to rise up and act? No.....it will be just like a weak wildebeast cut from the heard by a lion or two.....

Even if this 'wildebeast' is heavily armed and puts up a fight, everyone will still think 'drug dealer' 'criminal' or other convenient moniker.....they'll just be thinking "I'm the lucky one - it wasn't me"......

This is going to be used to kill enemies and dissenters...they won't get around to squashing everyones' lives until they have weeded out the 'dangerous'.
