For the past few months, we've been running an online survey getting feedback from conservatives about the direction of the Republican Party, its leadership, and choices for a nominee in 2012. So far, over 5,000 people have participated.
We intend to keep the survey open, promoting it every now and then in our newsletter and via Twitter, to expand the feedback from conservatives, as well as to see how these results might change over time. From this point forward, we'll try to post updates results at the end of each month.

Sarah Palin is utterly unelectable, and if Mitt Romney is the Republican party nominee, well, it will just be one more election that I will NOT vote Republican.
...and it's brain dead people like you that we now have a muslim socialst as president and a fool like franken almost in the senate. Congratulations for standing your ground and showing your just how brilliant you are.

Nope, I will likely vote for the Constitution Party candidate. And do so proudly.

No. I’m only saying that Sarah Palin is unelectable. I’m not saying I wouldn’t vote for her for that reason. I may or may not vote for her, I don’t know yet, but am leaning towards no. My comment was mainly aimed at Mitt Romney.
My duty is not to “pick a winner”. It is to vote for the candidate that best aligns with my political positions. This isn’t gambling, it’s voting.
I am not a pragmatist. There’s way too much pragmatism today. Revolutions are not fought, much less won, by pragmatists.

This is one of the most ridiculous things that I hear people say.
First off, don’t worry, my vote is basically irrelevant anyway. The McCainiac didn’t need my vote last election. It didn’t matter for whom I voted. My state went for McCain with or without me. Also, did you know that there were more people who voted for Ralph Nader the last election than voted for both Chuck Baldwin and Bob Barr combined? (sad, but true.) So, no, I didn’t “steal” any votes away from John McAmnesty.
Besides, when you vote for someone, you are basically saying “Good job, I approve of what you are doing”. To vote for the McCainiac would just be encouraging him (and the Republican party) to continue doing what they have been doing.
Who is responsible for electing Barry Soetoro? The American people, who are so foolish, stupid, and uneducated. The people who voted for Obama. The people who voted for “change”. The people at large are responsible. The Republican Party is also responsible, for not providing a candidate that was actually worth voting for.
You can not change things by voting third party. Because of the way that the presidential elections are structured, a two party system is the only viable system. Third parties are and always will be also rans.
It is much easier to influence one of the existing parties than it is to be involved in a third party in any form what so ever. It would be much better for you to become involved in the local Republican or Democrat parties and influence the choices of those who are put up for office.
That type of activity would actually help to change things, at least it would have a chance to change things.
