With the growing consensus in the Senate that Health Care Co-ops, which would not be government-run or government funded, are better than the "Public Option," which is the Socialist part, the Liberals are starting to see the writing on the wall. And they are panicking.

Liberals don’t even know what the “Public Option” is going to be. What are they freaking out about? Or do they just think that they should?
Move on should know that when they have lost Landrieu and Feinstein, there can not be much support left at all.
They need the Public Option....to extract money from working folks...Let’s call it Medicare Phase 2...Another ponzi scheme....
Why do democrats love ponzi schemes so much? They drive the elect toward the government even more. It is a demo ploy for additional power. Utilized by FDR very well in the 30’s to stay in power, and make the masses rely on government.

The liberals had not considered that the public would be better informed than Congress itself. This Pelosi-Reid Congress is the first I can recall that passes legislature based on blank paper.

I heard John Thune on the radio yesterday, and I think he laid out the Dem plan pretty clearly:
1) Yes, there will be lots of debate and bluster... but, we’ll end up with a Single-Payer plan... “because, that’s what they want”.
2) Both Health Care and Cap & Trade will be narrowly passed in the House...(Because, they can)... and will be forced through the Senate with 51 votes as part of a Budget Reconciliation. They CAN do this... and, they will! Because, they know this is the only way, and... their last chance.
This country is screeeeeeewed.
The next step is "grouping"....and then spreading it.....NOW is a good example of how it works.
Forming as many groups as possible is the goal. I remember when Gore got on his bandwagon....Hillary said it out loud...."This is to get the young people interested...and to the voting booth".
Now, every school, every news show, every movie is "brain washing" our kids. But, they're not paying the bills...it doesn't phase them where it hurts...NOT YET!!!
Public option is a poison pill.
Where in Heaven’s name is AARP in all this? I haven’t seen anything from them. Have they been bought off?
