The Cap and Trade act, officially called (ACES) “American Clean Energy Security” Act http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2280497/posts) is disaster for our country if it goes in to law.

This could have been defeated except for 8 house republicans

I came up with a poster that some people seem to really like and I've gotten request from others to use it and a suggestion to put it up it own thread (really that up to the moderations... to leave up or pull down)

You are right about these 8 traitors and they should go as well.

We HAVE to get our voters to the polls. If that means taking the day off work to drive people, then we should. Company owners, the time for PC BS is over. It is time to call a meeting and inform all of your employees of what is happening to them. We can no longer be afraid. If they get mad, tell them to take a hike. If they are Obama supporters, then they are too stupid to be working for you anyway.

While that's technically true, the fact is, according to Dick Morris as he explained to Sean Hannity last night, that Pelosi and her operatives completely controlled the way the 'Rats voted. What that means is that even if all eight of the RINOs had voted NO, she would have forced eight of her own "dissidents" to balance that out by voting YES. In other words, she allowed a certain number of Dems to go on record as opposing it, knowing all along that she had enough votes all together to pass it. But if she knew that those eight RINOS were voting NO, she would not have let eight of her own lapdogs off her leash, guaranteeing the same outcome.

Mary Bono-Mack: now there's a very interesting name twice over. She's the late Congressman (and entertainer) Sonny Bono's widow, who filled his seat after he died in a skiing accident. And she then remarried to fellow Congressman Connie Mack IV, who is the great-great-grandson of the famous late baseball player-manager-owner Connie Mack and the son of former Senator Connie Mack III. All in the family, you might say.

Suppose Ms. Bono-Mack can't get the Hollywood environmental wackoism out of her blood.

Then again, we wouldn't have to be concerned with her if Sonny and Cher hadn't broken up.
