The best & the brightest on the left go into politics. The best on the right run their own businesses. So it is no surprise that the left is far more adept, even expert at the art of hardball politics. And they are telling us something profound.
The left is telling us something many feel, many find as a hunch, that Sarah Palin is the most dangerous threat to the Øbama administration with no close second. The left is telling us this by their "over the top" attacks. Not just the Letterman assaults, but the constant barrage of grievances filed against her in Alaska. The attacks every day on Palin for no apparent reason -- except that the left seems to see her quite differently from any Republican candidate. A difference of kind, not of degree.
Well then pin it down or else move on.

Like Obama, Biden, Boxer, etc. have a 145 IQ’s.
The majority who dis Gov. Palin will not state who they support as they can’t defend their person.
I’ve found the exact same thing when I’ve challenged her detractors on other threads. (Maybe they really are all Mitt’s paid minions!)
That is probably the most surprising thing that I've seen on this forum.
You'd think that those who utter negative statements about Sarah Palin (on this forum) totally missed the electrifying and unifying effect she had on millions of conservatives and Republicans during the election.
What do they think that most of us were reacting to? Her good looks? Her relaxed, folksy manner?
Or, could it be that she was saying the things that conservatives and American patriots have longed to hear since Reagan left us?

I didn’t call her stupid. I just think she needs to grow some between the ears. When I hear her, I don’t get a feeling of wisdom emanating from her. And man, I’ll probably get flamed for this, but there are a lot of smart soccer moms out there. That doesn’t translate into presidential material. I think she has potential, but I hope she takes to listening and learning some.

Hardly. Biden is real deficient there, but the guy is likeable and would probably have enough innate sense to make a decent president. As long as he stays away from the microphone.

I’ve been here for years. I discovered AlGores plan to steal the election with the national clock. For the last few years I have been involved in Project Ultimate Freep, which I can’t say much about except that many liberal websites have been rendered ineffective because of the insanity of some of their biggest posters.

I have close friends, very patriotic, strong conservatives in Alaska...they live where she is Governor, and they would differ fundamentally with what you are surmizing.
