Of all of the rights enumerated in the Constitution presently the most important right for the Citizens of the United States of America is to know whether or not Barack Hussein Obama is actually Constitutionally eligible to be sending troops to Afghanistan, or eligible to be taking over General Motors, or eligible to be nominating Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court, or eligible to be Signing Executive Orders, or eligible to have selected a Vice President, or eligible to have made Cabinet appointments, or eligible to do any of the numerous things that a Constitutional eligible President of the United States must do.
I have the right to know whether or not Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to hold the office of president or if he is eligible to act as if he is the rightful elected president of the United States of America.

Would anyone with a sense for self preservation want Hillary as their VP?

Actually I can make the case that if Obama wasn’t eligible none of the three, Obama, Biden, and Pelosi, should be President.
First Obama obviously if he isn’t eligible he shouldn’t be president.
Biden, Obama picked him, and since Obama chose him, he shouldn’t be president, for the simple reason that with out Obama Biden couldn’t even carry his home state.
Pelosi, well the Madam Speaker of the House certified Obama as eligible in the first place therefore she is as guilty as Obama and Biden if any of them knew he wasn’t eligible.
Which leaves us with McCain or Hillary, and I could live with either until Palin wants to run.
Check out reply #43 - there is hope.
After seeing how many different people have brought suit on this issue, I am wondering "Who the hell does have standing?". It seems like everyone is being shot down somehow.
Also, I believe Pelosi "certified" that Obama was eleigible.
I've seen the paperwork with her signature.
