Of all of the rights enumerated in the Constitution presently the most important right for the Citizens of the United States of America is to know whether or not Barack Hussein Obama is actually Constitutionally eligible to be sending troops to Afghanistan, or eligible to be taking over General Motors, or eligible to be nominating Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court, or eligible to be Signing Executive Orders, or eligible to have selected a Vice President, or eligible to have made Cabinet appointments, or eligible to do any of the numerous things that a Constitutional eligible President of the United States must do.
I have the right to know whether or not Barack Hussein Obama is eligible to hold the office of president or if he is eligible to act as if he is the rightful elected president of the United States of America.

Power to remove a sitting president is NOT the same
as LEGAL Standing in pursuing the law.
How can congress impeach a president if he is not actually the president?

We ALL have that right or the qualifier would NOT have written into the law. That said, just who do we think we are with our expectations in the law??? I mean, really! Since there is pretty obviously no compliance on the law for Liberal candidates, WE ought to look outside the US for OUR next Conservative candidate for the Presidency.... hmmm where would we find the right person???

Who cares about Biden? If 0 is not qualified he should be removed. At least the constitution is protected. I want 3 things: original certified copy of the BC, passport he travelled to Pakistan with in the 80’s, and admission application to Occidental College.
exactly. The document has been rendered meaningless...those in power have “chosen” the leader, and manipulated the populace enough to acheive 52% support. This is the way it goes.
I’d rather have Biden. And he would nominate a VP. Nancy only gets a shot if both BO and Biden go down together. Hillary only gets a shot if all three go down together.
Sorry to admit it, but if I were one of the curators of the archives where the BC is secured tighter than one of Michelle’s skirts, I’d be SO incredibly tempted to peek. I bet they have a system in place that would rival security for the Dec. of Independence. They probably have security cameras and a check-and-balance system where you can’t even go in the ROOM except by twos.

People talk of Rights too loosely.
Nowhere in the U.S. Constitution is a Right given for citizens to know whether a person would be Constitutionally eligible to be President.
It’s just not listed as a Right. Stop using the term Right so loosely.
Sure, it is part of the law of the Constitution that a President must be natural-born. But who said anything about Rights?

Maybe that is why he chose Biden...even if it is proven that Obama is not eligible, the thought of Biden would cause world wide panic.
