They are waiting until there is some national level tragedy, the loss of life involving firearms, to introduce and then pass legislation banning guns. Morons. Banning guns is NOT going to stop people from dying in a *national tragedy*.
Look at how many shootings have happened in gun free zones to begin with. Banning guns certainly didn't stop anyone who wanted to shoot up a mall, or a school.
Those who would commit such crimes will get the guns anyway and don't care about gun bans, except to be glad that they can go in and not risk getting stopped because they know that everyone else is unarmed.
That's why they shoot up gun free zones, where guns are banned.

FYI, there is no NEED for the Supremes to consider 2nd Amendment “Incorporation”! FACT: The 2nd Amendment is SELF-incorporated to all government entities at every level. It is MORE ABSOLUTE than the 1st Amendment, or any of the others, because the wording forbids not only CONGRESS, but ANYONE from infringing on it. The 1st says “Congress shall make no law...”. The 2nd say “shall NOT be infringed!” Period! End of debate!
