If those Muslims want to live in an area where it is illegal to sell alcohol, they should move to one of the 46 dry counties in Texas.

Is that a threat?

Muzzies are building a Mosque here in Folsom. When someone applied to start a guard dog training business next door they tried to get it rejected, without success. Maybe someone could open a BBQ/brewpub on the other side.

Islam is a religion of hatred, incapable of seeing either beauty or freedom.

According to the FBI, Mohamed Atta, the pilot of the first hijacked aircraft that crashed into the World Trade Centre, and his accomplices spent some of their time in Las Vegas at the Olympic Bar, a downtown strip club.

Terrorist ringleader Mohammed Atta and other hijackers reportedly spent US$200 to US$300 on lap dances in the Pink Pony Strip Club in Florida. Marwan Al-Shehhi, who, it is believed, piloted the plane that slammed into the south tower, frequently got lap dances in the Olympic Garden Topless Cabaret in Las Vegas, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.

The Boston Globe reported that four other alleged terrorists, Satam M.A. Al Suqami, Marwan Al-Shehhi, Fayez Rahsid Ahmed Hasan Al Qadi Banihammad and Mohand Alshehri, who were staying at the Milner Hotel in Boston, called escort services on Sept. 10.

Shoko Asahara, leader of the Aum sect -- which released sarin, a deadly nerve gas, in Tokyo's subway system in March, 1995, killing 11 and injuring 5,000 -- preached celibacy for his followers but, though married, took many long-term mistresses, and offered Tantric sexual initiations to "transfer" his "energy" to female followers.

In order to train Islamic suicide bombers, teenage boys are isolated from television and any outside influence when they are at the height of their sexual drive, playing on the Koranic promise to "martyrs" that, within moments of their death, they will be greeted by the 72 houris of heaven -- virgins with whom they will have sex for eternity.

Find a strip club, perhaps find a terrorist--the one not drinking!

Some Muslims agree that alcohol isn’t strictly prohibited by the religion: pork, though, remains a no-no. “It’s just not right,” Zayan says. “I guess pork is one thing that most Muslims do still have a hang-up about. You’re just basically taught from an early age that it is a really filthy animal.-- twenty-somethings and their attitudes to sex, alcohol and Metallica.

Though not a Islamic sympathizer by any stretch of the imagination, the article clearly states that the liquor permit was granted to a restaurant within the 300-foot buffer zone “around churches and other community institutions...” Further it states that the requirement is waived if the establishment is granted a state liquor license.

It seems to me, and based on objections by some Christian churches here in the southwest (mainly Baptist), their complaint is not unreasonable and would be the equivalent of a church making the same objection. However, I do wonder why even have a local government buffer zone if it is meaningless if the state grants a liquor permit. The problem, as I see it, is not the Muslims but the process which is obviously flawed.

Knoxville’s local beer ordinance establishes a 300-foot buffer zone around churches and other community institutions for a beer permit

What a stupid law. Why should churches control where beer is sold?
