Dear Federal Government, Please stop spending. Please stop regulating. Please stop nationalizing. Please stop greening. Please don't make California's problem my problem. I respectfully remind you that you have not been delegated authority to do much of what you are doing. Please stop. You have given us a patients Bill of Rights.
