Answer with the Law of Stupidity: The Supreme Court has already ruled on this. The Japanese-Americans who were imprisoned in 1942 without being charged or convicted of any crime, brought suit forty years later. The Court ruled that they were TOO LATE in bringing their case, and dismissed it.

If forty years is too late, than two centuries is also too late. This case is going nowhere, except perhaps to rise money from people who are too stupid to realize that it is going nowhere.

Yes, but justices come, justices go, and the new desire is for justices who can emphasize. It is unlikely that anything so simple as a precedent will impede Bambam’s freight train of Marxism and revenge. The supreme court is becoming less relevant as a constitutional arbiter and more so as another liberal legislative body.

Oh well. As for, I am not fighting for it or expecting it however, if the government decided to pay me for the sufferings of my ancentors I am taking the check straight to the bank without questions and before they realize they’ve made a mistake..
