(Eyl, Somalia - 4/23/09) Ever since the attempted hijacking of the vessel Maersk Alabama failed miserably, young males in this laid back fishing village have been lining up to become pirates specifically targeting American crews and American flag vessels.
An unnamed spokesperson defended this action. "We are a poor fishing village and the citizens are constantly looking to make a better life for themselves. In the past, we would recruit young men to get into small boats with the specific intent to take ships and their crews into custody and request a ransom for the release of the ships and/or crews. This served only a few people well since the money collected went into their pockets leaving very little for the brave men who risk their lives to actually carry out the hijackings."
Continuing, "We are now readjusting our focus to go after American crews and American flag vessels with the specific intent to board and immediately surrender to the crews. In this way we will be arrested and taken into custody to be sent to America for trial in their justice system. As we understand it, the Obama administration assures we will not be tortured or forced in any way to give up information. We look forward, finally to a better life of 3 meals a day and our own bed in the resorts known as "maximum security". Using a toilet in front of others doesn't present a problem since we do that now in the open public sewers of our fine little village."
"We also look forward to hiring the American defense attorney known as "Vinny" who according to the documentary movie we've seen, has a wonderful way of getting his clients released."

They know he’s an usurper. His actions, commands, directives and authorizations are VOID. Not voidable by some act, ommission or judgement. Void because he is not eligible to be the President of the United States.
An arrest or any adverse action against a foreign national due to an order or directive by the Obama makes the USA personally liable even if the foreign national is committing a crime.

The hijackers were given a phone, and they immediately phoned Eyl and asked for help. Obviously there were to stupid to realize that there call was being traced. Look for some action in and around Eyl very soon.

The SEAL team went into action from a base in Virginia, it took four hours to pack, and shortly they were airdropped and picked up by the Bainbridge. They were ready to go, including an attack from the sea. They had numerous chances to hit the pirates from aboard the Bainbridge; however, the White House held up any operation until the FBI team showed. It took the FBI most of a day to get their team together, and none of their shooters had any experience firing from a bobbing boat. Nonetheless, the White House had its way, until the captain, who is given charge of the response to a pirate attack, ordered the shooters to fire. One SEAL shot out the plastic shield, and in the fraction of a second three shots followed. After that event the question arises whether the SEAL team to be employed for such use should not be positioned closer to the scene of the action.
