This is the ultimate Tenth Amendment issue. When combined with the ever-elastic Commerce and Welfare Clauses, government has now cast off all the chains of the Constitution and inverted the relationship between it and the citizen.

This power grab and thievery are based on a hoax. Are all of our congressmen promoting the hoax? Is there nothing the voters can do about this planned oppression? We need to be able to sue our congressmen for misrepresentation.
