Who profits from this whole Birth Certificate brouhaha?
Obama profits from it.
Many Conservatives have fallen into Obama’s trap.
By refusing to release his Birth Certificate, Obama is ginning up the opposition, the Conservatives, which to the average American, looks like kook stuff...just like the 911 truthers.
He may or may not have a legitimate BC, but that is not the point. There are so many more important issues at hand. Focusing on this is taking up the bait to be distracted from the important things.
The fact is, that even if true, no court is going to overturn an American election where the winner, an African-American, won by 53% of the vote. Imagine the riots, the civil unrest it would cause... all out racial war in the US. It is not going to happen.
Close the loophole in the Constitution so it never happens, or never happens again.

There is no loophole. There is only lack of enforcement. And does allowing unbridled false precedent tend to help or hurt in matters of constitutionality?

I have been through all the birth Cert. issues and
have questions also, But the lengthly battle that would go on, for a year or more while the enemy, (yes there are terrorists who have weapons: chemical, massive bombs,
airplanes, etc. and they have all been used already)
I think you may know first hand about ground zero a few miles from you in NY.
Not to mention the war in the Middle East, Al-Qaida’s cousins in the Horn of Africa picking off Cargo Ships
and the list can go on.
The Birth Cert. issue is not a one week or one month deal.
The legal grinding would go on till the next election.

We take our eye away from what is life or death Now
and with a ginned up agenda blurring our focus, that is where the Left Wing wants us.
Obama will not release his original birth certificate because it would end his usurpation of the US. It would totally destroy his mythology, and without his mythology, he's less than zero.
