The fact is, that even if true, no court is going to overturn an American election where the winner, an African-American, won by 53% of the vote. Imagine the riots, the civil unrest it would cause... all out racial war in the US. It is not going to happen.

Close the loophole in the Constitution so it never happens, or never happens again.
There is no loophole. There is only lack of enforcement. And does allowing unbridled false precedent tend to help or hurt in matters of constitutionality?
There is no verification of credentials clause in the Constitution.
The “loophole” is that there is nothing in the Constitution requiring proof of age or citizenship to be shown.
IMO this is a distraction being used by Obama to make the right wing go nuts, so he can point to Conservatives as kooks, like the 911 truthers. Your post is an indication that it is working and Obama is profiting from this. He and his media minions can continue to demonize Conservatives as mindless kooks, and demonize our returning military as potential terrorists. He can trash our closet allies like Israel, and refuse to meet with its Prime Minister.

Obama was most likely born in Hawaii, but there is a small chance, IMO, that he wasn’t. In time, the truth will out.
In the meantime, I would counsel Conservatives to oppose Obama on his out of control spending, far left agenda to destroy our medical system and halt so called man made global warming, his far left wing unqualified appointments, and his far left foreign policy. His backing away from the Bush WOT policies, and his cozying up to foreign dictators and America hating tyrants is far more dangerous to the Republic.
The Tea Parties were a great start.
