Where is the fairness to all immigrants that came to this country LEGALLY? They also came seeking economic opportunity to provide for their families but they had to go through established legal processes. Why shouldnt America enforce its immigration law fairly and across the board?
There is no fairness in regards to immigrants who came to this country legally following all the rules and procedures. We waited two years to bring my wife down here on a K-1 (fiancee visa) and just recently received a letter from the director of the Department of Health and Welfare in Idaho advising that the K-1 Visa allows the holder to enter the U.S. for a period of only 90 days to marry a U.S. citizen. I kid you not. He couldn’t be wrong because he read it on a website. He then further insulted our intelligence by printing off and including in the letter the procedures which we had followed over 7 1/2 years ago before my wife arrived in the U.S. failing to note the item in the upper right hand corner which stated : “Following the marriage, your spouse MAY apply for the Form I-485 for permanent resident status...” As the former Vice President of Blue Cross in Sales and Marketing the man couldn’t possibly be wrong now could he?
I worry more about those trying to come here legally who are being nudged aside by those crimaliens who have jumped the line to take the legal immigrants’ places.
Ping!
Why is it that 150+ million Americans are shakin in their boots tonight trying to get to the post office before midnight, but 15 million “uninvited guests” just keep driving without insurance and getting public benefits and openly advocating taking parts of America back to Mexico?
Why is that?
I wonder.
Where are THEY??????
Why don’t THEY speak out!!!??????
I’ve heard a FEW, but their should be a crescendo of complaints, unless, of course, they approve of this and just want to bring in more relatives and friends.
