My family came from Poland in the 1890’s. After slavery. No reparations from me. We had nothing to do with it.

Your family partook in gainful employment, bettered themselves, and prospered, using the capitalist system.

Hence, you benefited from the very basic american tradition.

Now, since that tradition was founded and based on the backs of poor slaves, you indirectly benefited from slavery,....

so, now you must pay!

See? It is easy.

Not so fast...like me, you're a *Slav*...the word "slavery" came about from the toil and sweat of our ancestors...That's the reparations angle I'm playing ;-)
